Boarding times and disembarking times are shown on your confirmation.  If you are running late please ring to notify us of your ETA.   It is appreciated if you are on time to board with all your shopping done prior to your boarding.  If you are unable to do this, we would then appreciate that your shopping is done as quickly as possible so we do not have staff waiting around.  The sooner you are organized the sooner you can start your holiday.  This is all the more important during the winter months with shorter days.

If an earlier time has been arranged prior to your boarding we expect you to be there on time.  If you are not there at the time agreed upon the staff will not wait around if they have other things to do.  Boarding will revert back to the original boarding time shown on your confirmation or when instructor is ready.

Disembarking is usually 9.30am.  You must be back at the marina by 9am and ready to disembark by 9.30am. If you are not off the boat, the staff does have the right to board and start their duties.  Be organized the night before with some of your packing done, making disembarking much easier.  Late disembarking may incur a fee.

Please Note We try our utmost to have everything on the boats in working order. However at times things are out of our control due to unforeseen issues, breakdowns or waiting for parts. We cannot be held responsible for this and any compensation is at Magnum Houseboats discretion.

We appreciate understanding under these circumstances.
